Terms of service

By purchasing any personalised product via my store you're allowing me to reach out to yourself in relation to the service you're purchasing.

Any temporary tattoos purchased will be dispatched within 2-3 days to the address given when checking out, if the incorrect address is inputed we are not required to provide a refund. If a temporary tattoo is placed in a sensitive skin area such as your face, neck, genitillia, breasts or vulva and causes a reaction or irritation we are not liable for any claims or refunds as we strongly advise against placing them in those areas. If you suffer from any skin conditions we recommend you do not use our temporary tattoos or seek medical advise first before attempting them. We cannot guaruntee a minimum time that the temporary tattoos will last due to numerous vairying factors that can affect the tattoos preformance such as transport & shipping, your skin or your day to day lifestyle however upon preforming personal tests on a small test sample its been discovered they will remain on your skin for up to 1-2 weeks.

All physical products will be shipped via international tracked and signed shipping. In the event the package is lost upon its journey to yourself we will send out a replacement.

If at any point through out making a personalised design the client stops responding to imput their opinions we will allow a week window to respond. If no response is given we will assume you no longer wish to pursue the order and will close the order with no refund. If at any point during the process of your order you decide to become abusive or discriminating in any form we will terminate your order with immediate affect and will not issue a refund for any price payed up untill that point.

Deposits are required for all of my personalised products to provide a guaranted payment for my services and are non-refundable. If upon the completion of the clients product they do not pay the remaining time that i state is left to pay then i will not proceed any legal action however they will be blacklisted from any of my services untill further notice.

For tattoos in store I take 10% as a deposit up front to allow them to be booked in for a scheduled date. Likewise with my other deposits, this is non-refundable to guarantee I recieve a form of payment in the event that the client doesn't turn up on the scheduled day. If at any point from the date of the deposit to the day of your tattoo it is discovered that your not of age to recieve a tattoo your deposit will be kept and your tattoo appointment will be cancelled. As per the "tattooing of minors act 1969" it is illigal within the UK to provide a tattoo to anyone under the legal age of 18 therefore we require that you provide photographic proof of age such as your passport or drivers license. If you do not provide the correct credentials on the day I am able to turn you away and keep the deposit.  If at any point after you recieve your tattoo its bought to light that you lied on your forms or provided fake identification and are to claim for anything you would have broke the "2006 Fraud Act"  and this will be used to our defense which could result in yourself recieving legal reprocutions for fraud. If at any point whilst recieving your tattoo you begin to act in a discriminating, offensive or sexual way which makes your artist uncomfortable they're able to stop your tattoo and request you leave immediatly.
